How long does delivery take? Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–15 business days.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. Shipping is free within the United States. Everywhere else we ship is a flat $9.99. The full list of countries appears at checkout.
Will I get tracking? Yes, a tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns
What's your return policy? 30 days from delivery. The item needs to be in resalable condition with its packaging.
Who pays return shipping? We cover it for faulty or misdescribed items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage.
When do I get my refund? Within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
