Processing

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Where we ship

The United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand and a small number of other countries. The full list appears at checkout, and the address form will tell you if we cannot reach you.

Delivery estimates

7–15 business days after dispatch within the United States. International orders usually take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, carrier delays are outside our control.

Shipping costs

Free on every order shipping within the United States, with no threshold and no surcharge at checkout. Orders shipping anywhere else are a flat $9.99.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. First carrier scan can take 3–5 business days to appear.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
