Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be in resalable condition, with all parts and original packaging.

To start a return, email contact@snagpicks.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately and we'll make it right at our cost.

Return shipping

We pay return shipping for faulty or misdescribed items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Non-returnable

Items that have been installed, cut, trimmed, or otherwise permanently modified can't be returned unless they're faulty.
