What it covers
- Lost in transit: tracking stops moving or the carrier confirms the parcel lost.
- Stolen: tracking shows it delivered and it is not there.
- Damaged: it arrives broken or unusable.
What happens
Email contact@snagpicks.com within 30 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date for a lost parcel) with your order number, and a photo if it is damaged. We send a free replacement, or refund you in full if you prefer. You do not file a claim with the carrier and you do not wait for an investigation.
Without it
Every order still ships tracked, and we still chase any parcel that stops moving and replace it once the carrier confirms it lost. Package protection adds theft after delivery and skips the wait.
The $1.99 is refunded with the rest of your order if you return it under our 30-day money-back promise.
